Welcome to our extraordinary abode, located near the city centre whilst also being in a peaceful and serene neighbourhood come night time, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring or work.
The highlight of this dwelling is an absolutely enormous terrace.This sprawling outdoor haven is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable umbrellas, a dining table, and chairs, providing the perfect setting for dining and relaxation. Take in the breathtaking views as you unwind on the balcony, bask in the warm sun, or simply indulge in the tranquility of the surroundings. Not only is the terrace perfect for dining, but it also offers a space for sunbathing and embracing the warmth of the sun. Stretch out on one of the comfortable loungers and let the soothing rays caress your skin as you unwind and soak up the rejuvenating energy of the outdoors.
Ascending to the upper floor, you'll discover a spacious bedroom for two that boasts a high attic-like ceiling, creating an expansive and airy atmosphere. This unique architectural feature adds a touch of grandeur to the room, while easy access to the terrace ensures that you can seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor living. Step outside, breathe in the fresh air, and be captivated by the panoramic views that unfold before your eyes.
Adjacent to the bedroom, a well positioned bathroom awaits, providing convenience and privacy.
Aside from the upper floor bedroom there are two other bedrooms both fit for two people also located in the house. On the lower floor is also a clean and spotless bathroom and shower with modern installations and all features you could desire.
There is also a convertible couch-bed which is perfect for large groups of family or friends (this makes a total capacity of 8 people)
On the whole the decor is Embracing a darker design with classic and vintage-inspired furniture, the ambiance of this abode exudes elegance and sophistication. Rich hues and carefully selected furnishings create a timeless atmosphere that blends modern comfort with nostalgic charm. Every element has been curated to evoke a sense of elegant charm and create a warm and inviting space that feels like home.
The roomy kitchen provides ample space for culinary endeavors, allowing you to move and create with ease. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential amenities you would need for a convenient and enjoyable stay including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher.
Other amenities we offer are a TV , AC for heating and cooling, washing machine/dryer combo ,iron and hair dryer.
In total the unit spans 175 square meters.
HOUSE ROULES
1- One queen size bed will be prepared for every two people in the group; however you can request additional beds according to the number of guests.
2- The duvet covers are to be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed, during hot seasons.
3- Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We appreciate if you let us know your arrival and departure time.
4- The customer service hours is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If intend to arrive outside of this hours, please make sure that you have received and understand the instructions.
5- Between 10pm and 9am is the quite hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time.
6- Parties are forbidden.
7- Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly.
8- Additional person fee is 60 Euros per night per person.
9- Total cleaning service fee is 60 Euros.
10- Changing the towels fee is 5 Euros per person that includes one bath towel and one hand towel.
11- Changing bed sheet fee is 15 Euros per bed.
12- The apartments have electronic locks which should not be manipulated. In case there is any problem with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise there is a 300 euros charge forany damage.
13- Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo) , toilet papers etc. are provided in limited quantity and will not be recharged however you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum etc.
14- Please put the trashes in the trash containers on the street.
15- On the check-out day, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner and close the apartment door behind you.
