Apartment with Private Open-Air Space

Un apartamento fabuloso Positive: El apartamento es fabuloso. Muy grande, aunque nosotros sólo usamos uno de los tres dormitorios, y genial los dos baños. Estuvo muy bien que uno de los baños tuviera bañera. Nuestro dormitorio, al dar a un pequeño patio/terraza privado, era totalmente silencioso. Nos resultó muy cómodo el acceso independiente con una aplicación, porque llegamos de noche. Muy cómodo también el que tuviera lavavajillas y nos gustó el detalle de dejarnos cápsulas de café. Negative: Todo genial

Muy buena opcion Positive: Moderno, amplio, cómodo, limpio Negative: El sistema de apertura de la puerta puede que no sea muy amigable con personas que no se llevan bien con la tecnologia

Everything was very smooth, and offered great value for money. Everything was as-in the photos. Positive: Location was quiet residential area but close to metro and easy access to downtown Valencia. Street parking was free right outside, although very busy so may be hard to find a spot. Negative: The outside space isn’t up to much but fine if you just need somewhere to pop out and smoke, and for the price is great. Although there was noise from the water unit next to my one of the bedrooms, this was a low hum which didn’t bother me and I slept fine. If you are a light sleeper it may be an issue, though.

Couldn’t be happier with the property. Will stay again. Positive: A perfect location for our stay. A short walk to the Metro and shopping. A quiet street with the bedrooms at the back. Don’t think I’ve slept as well away from home in a long time. Was able to cook and wash clothes on occasion. Having 2 bathrooms was a big plus. Negative: Nothing negative to say on this occasion
