Apartment with Private Open-Air Space

Everything was very smooth, and offered great value for money. Everything was as-in the photos. Positive: Location was quiet residential area but close to metro and easy access to downtown Valencia. Street parking was free right outside, although very busy so may be hard to find a spot. Negative: The outside space isn’t up to much but fine if you just need somewhere to pop out and smoke, and for the price is great. Although there was noise from the water unit next to my one of the bedrooms, this was a low hum which didn’t bother me and I slept fine. If you are a light sleeper it may be an issue, though.

Couldn’t be happier with the property. Will stay again. Positive: A perfect location for our stay. A short walk to the Metro and shopping. A quiet street with the bedrooms at the back. Don’t think I’ve slept as well away from home in a long time. Was able to cook and wash clothes on occasion. Having 2 bathrooms was a big plus. Negative: Nothing negative to say on this occasion
