Apt. with Antique Floor & lots of Sun Light

A lovely and cozy apartment to explore the beautiful city of Valencia Positive: An absolutely amazing place to stay in Valencia! The room is spacious, modern and clean. It is equipped with everything you might need for a short time stay. The location is on a quiet street, but within walking distance to the Turia Gardens and the old city. The staff was very helpful providing all the necessary instructions before the check-in and assistance during our stay Negative: As of the 10th of September 2026 the only downside is the loud construction site right next to the building.

you get what you see on the photos Positive: the apartment was exactly as it was on the photos. It's located on a quiet street, so no noise. Also, there was a nice little bar on the corner ot the street - literally 20 seconds away from the apartment building. A working AC unit came in handy as I was staying during hot time of the year Negative: Nothing to complain about unless you're expecting a Ritz Carton.

Lovely, Professionally Managed Apartment Positive: The location is good, in a quiet residential area. About ten minute walk from the historical center. Bar Ricardo across the street is the best restaurant we ate in across a week in Spain. The apartment is quiet, pleasant and modern. Very well-equipped and everything works. Central air, lovely bathroom. Everything done very professionally, but the apartment still didn't feel sterile the way some managed properties do. Negative: It would have been nice to have at least a curtain to separate the bedroom and the living room/kitchen area, even if there's not enough space to put in a real door.

Positive: Todo bien 🙂 👍 Negative: No tienen ascensor, en caso de tener bultos como fue mi caso, pues muy incómodo

Mal Positive: Limpieza únicamente. Negative: NUNCA ELIJAIS ESTE APARTAMENTO SI VAIS MAS DE 2 personas. El sofá cama es pésimo, y eso que tengo experiencia en dormir en ellos. Si vais solo dos, tened en cuenta que el apartamento cuesta mucho más dinero de lo que vale, elegid cualquier otro sí podéis. La decoración es muy normalita, el aire acondicionado no es demasiado bueno y la atención de la empresa que lo gestiona es pésima. Cuando llegamos eran más de las 23:00, un poco más, y ya no nos atendieron, les dejé un mensaje en el contestador. El problema era que el sofá cama no tenía almohada y las sábanas, pues... Ni puñetero caso. Tuvimos que usar una de las de la cama de matrimonio. La limpieza del apartamento bien y las instalaciones ( salvo el sofá cama) básicas pero bien. Pero MUY CARO para lo que te ofrecen. La ubicación tranquila, aunque un poco sosa, y también a un largo paseo de la Ciutat Vella y muy lejos de la Ruzafa. Envío fotos
