Great neighbourhood, fantastic owner!
Positive: Location, apartment facilities, the owner was easy to reach and responded very quickly to any correspondence.
Negative: Terrace seating area umbrella isn’t durable enough to handle the breezes on the rooftop, we weren’t able to use it. Also the wifi signal doesn’t consistently extend to the rooftop.
The windows don’t have screens, mosquitoes at night were problematic.
